Alison Krauss, born in Decatur the state of Illinois on the 23rd July 1971, is an incredibly popular and well-off Country Singer. LeAnne Kymes is also one of two most recent Grammy Award recipients. Alison Maria Krauss - born on July 23, 1971, is a popular American country and bluegrass singer. She started working in the music business at a very young age. At the age 10, she won local contests and recorded her debut album. She signed with Rounder Records in 1985 and recorded her first single album, a solo one in the year 1987. The band invited her to join the group with which she still performs Alison Krauss and Union Station and released her first album as a group in the year 1989.
