Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco. She relocated to California in the age of five. She grew up primarily on the coast of Orange County. In the year 2015, she graduated from the University of California San Diego and received her first big break acting. Pernas, who had made tiny appearances in NCIS as well as Leverage before she was cast in the role as Marisa in The Young and the Restless and was an established face in the soap-opera. Following her departure from the soap-opera in 2016, the actress landed the role of a regular in Jane the Virgin as Catalina. The model, who is fluent in four languages has since appeared on The Brave and The Green Ghost as Hannah Rivera. She also appeared Secret Society of Second Born Royals. In Blood & Treasure, from to 2020, she played Lexi Vaziri. Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas is dating Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. This is Us' star Pernas started dating Justin Hartley in the wake of her breakup with Chrishell Stause. she had been married to since November of 2019. News broke in April 2021, that Pernas and Hartley have recently got married with a private ceremony.
