Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born into an ethnically mixed family. Her father is Nigerian Swiss and her mother is English. She was born in the southern part of London Council Estate, and then went to The Brit School aged 14. The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is where she obtained an acting BA. During her time at the school, she was a part-time actor in numerous stage productions, including The King Henry V playing Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe launched her acting career in the movie Storm Damage. Since then she's made appearances as a guest for Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's first film appearance was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), opposite Colin Farrell. The following year, she played Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally, she starred in Trexx as Ollie as well as six episodes of Flipside. She also had the opportunity to play the role of Bambi in The ITV2 Drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl and was featured in the three and two series. Madekwe was also a part of the comedy of 2008 How to Alienate and Lose Friends. A couple of her credits on stage include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) and Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe first aired in the US in the US with The Beautiful Life. The drama show ran in the US on The CW for only two episodes, before it was removed from the air. In February of 2011, she was cast in the role of Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama series Revenge. After being a regular for the initial two seasons it was reported in late May 2013 that Madekwe was set to depart the series following an appearance as a guest in the premiere episode from the 3rd season. Madekwe starred as Tituba on the show Salem from 2014 to 2016. Madekwe and her partner of many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were wed in June of 2012. Both have appeared in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They also played as partners in Salem.

Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into a large, extended family. Ashley Leggat joined Roy and Patty and her other siblings, Brett, Todd and Bram as well as Rob. Ashley's brothers, who are all sportsmen, played baseball in summers and played hockey during winter. Ashley had never been able to actually walk. She danced. When she reached 2 and a 1/2, she began to take part in Baby Ballet. Ashley was addicted to dance since that time. Ashley was a competitor in ballet, jazz and tap at the top divisions. The top soloist at big competitions, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more were awarded to Ashley.
