Scrofano's role as the French fashion model Jeff Ltd. on Comedy Network was one of her most memorable roles. On "Baxter," the kids show on Comedy Network, she was an educator from the school. Scrofano is well-known for her various productions that have been a hit with viewers. A lot of fans were amazed by the performance of Scrofano in the Crave Comedy series "Letterkenny" and she performed the role of Mrs. McMurray. Scrofano was the protagonist of "Wynonna Earp" which is a Syfy Western modern-day drama. Scrofano played the role between 2016 and 2021. Scrofano is now living in Canada, with her partner Pentecost.
